Job description

Lead a team of 25 certified GTAW/SMAW welders ensuring ASME and AWS D1.1 compliance and zero weld defects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up equipment to drawing tolerances
• Track daily output, scrap and downtime
• Maintain 5S and safety standards

Requirements

• CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI welding inspector certificate with supervisory background
• Physical stamina for yard supervision

Qualifications

Relevant trade qualification or degree. Preferred experience: 5+ yrs.

Compensation & Benefits
