🧑‍💻 Role: Product Support Specialist

As a Product Support Specialist at CareStack, you’ll serve as the first line of contact for customers, providing technical support and resolving product-related issues. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
