Salary & Benefits
Grade II (IDA Pattern). Pay Scale: ₹40,000 - ₹1,40,000. Approx. CTC: ₹15.55 Lakh per annum (on absorption as Assistant Manager).

Educational Qualifications
Engineering Posts
First Class Bachelor's Degree (or 5-year integrated) in the respective discipline. Minimum marks: 60% for UR/OBC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST (for reserved posts only). No rounding of marks (e.g., 59.99% is not 60%).
MT (Finance)
Qualification: CA (ICAI) OR CMA (ICWAI) OR First Class MBA/PG Diploma in Finance (2 years).
MT (Human Resources)
Qualification: First Class MBA/PG Diploma/PG Degree in HR/PM & IR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Science/Social Welfare/Social Work (2 years). Desirable: Law Graduate. Note: M.Com is NOT considered equivalent to MBA (Finance).
Selection Process
Two-stage selection:
- Computer Based Online Test (CBoT) — Duration: 2 hours; Total: 150 MCQs (Part I: 100 subject-specific; Part II: 50 General Aptitude). Each question carries 1 mark. Negative marking: -0.25 for wrong answers. Minimum qualifying marks: UR/EWS 60%; SC/ST/OBC/PwBD 50%.
- Interview — Weightage: CBoT 85%, Interview 15%.
Test Centers: Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Trivandrum, Vijayawada.
