Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
• Support HR operations and day-to-day administrative activities

Required Skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (added advantage)
• HR certifications or prior recruitment exposure is a plus
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
